Introduction to the IB Programme
The International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) is an international high school diploma for students aged 16-18.
IB Programme Features:
High global recognition: With IB results, you can apply not only to universities in the UK, but also to thousands of universities in more than 100 countries in the world, such as the United States, Australia, and Canada.
For very good students:The IB course is very difficult, especially the English proficiency is very high, so it is suitable for students who have excellent grades, strong self-awareness, hard work, are not afraid of challenges, and can manage their time properly.
International unified measurement, high difficulty: Because the IB curriculum is designed for outstanding middle school students all over the world, with a unified syllabus and teaching materials, unified topics, unified marking and grading standards, and students from all over the world are treated equally, it is called a unified measure of international education.
High academic requirements and practical activities:The IB requires students to take at least six courses + Theory of Knowledge, and at least three of these six courses are HL. In addition to the academic requirements for students, students who choose the IB Diploma are required to complete 150 hours of practical social activities (CAS Hours) over two years.

Independent grading system: The IB has its own grading system, 45 is the highest score, and students who get around 36 to 38 are eligible to apply to Cambridge (generally 40-41), students applying to Ivy League universities generally have a score of 40 or above, and Oxford requires a score of 42+.
Introduction to IB Tutoring Subjects
- IB Bio:IB Biology uses many different methods and techniques to study the biological world at all levels. At one end of the balance is the cell, its molecular structure and complex metabolic reactions. Biologists, on the other hand, study the interaction of the functions of the entire ecosystem.
- IB Business Management:The IB Business Management course is a rigorous and dynamic course that explores how the business decision-making process affects both the internal and external environment. It will also explore how the decision-making process itself is influenced by internal and external circumstances. Available in HL and SL.
- IB Chemistry:IB Chemistry is an experimental science that combines theoretical research with the acquisition of practical and investigative skills. HL/SL
- IB Chinese:IB Chinese is for students who have no previous formal experience of learning Mandarin or have very limited exposure. This will allow them to communicate with people from new cultures and have a successful time in places where Mandarin is commonly spoken in the world.
- IB Global Politics:The IB Global Politics curriculum explores fundamental political concepts such as power, freedom and equality, in different contexts and at different levels. It enables students to develop an understanding of political activity at the local, national, international and global levels and gives them the opportunity to explore political issues that affect their own lives. HL/SL
- IB Computer:The IB Computer Science is a rigorous and practical problem-solving subject. Computational thinking is at the heart of this course and is integrated with other topics. This will be supported by practical activities, including programming. HL/SL
- IB Economics:The IB Economics course emphasizes the economic theory of microeconomics, which deals with economic variables that affect individuals, firms, and markets; and the economic theory of macroeconomics, which deals with economic variables that affect countries, governments, and societies. These economic theories are not studied in a vacuum, but are applied to real-world problems. Prominent among these issues are fluctuations in economic activity, international trade, economic development and environmental sustainability. HL/SL
- IB English Language:IB English LanguageIn this course, students study texts from a wide range of literary and non-literary texts. Students study the nature of language and how it influences communication, reflects experience, and shapes the world. English Language and Literature is available as HL and SL courses, following the same core units and texts.
- IB English Literature:IB English Literature: This course encompasses critical research and interpretation of written and oral texts in a wide range of literary and non-literary genres. The formal analysis of texts is complemented by the recognition that meaning is not fixed but can change according to the context of production and consumption. This course is available in 17 languages. Available in HL and SL.
- Film (IB):The IB Film course develops students' skills to become proficient in interpreting and producing film texts. Through the analysis of film texts and filmmaking exercises, the course explores film history and theory. It also develops students' critical skills, enabling them to appreciate a variety of cultural and historical perspectives in film. Available in HL and SL.
- IB French:IB French is recommended from the ground up for students with little or no experience learning French. Our online programs are designed to provide each student with a challenging, engaging, and positive educational experience. Learning French online from scratch will allow students to develop their receptive, productive and interactive skills; Study with students and teachers from all over the world; and operate successfully in a French-speaking environment.
- IB German:IB German is a course for students who have no formal experience of learning German. This will allow them to communicate with people from new cultures and make the most of any time they spend in German-speaking countries.
- IB History:The IB History curriculum is designed to promote an understanding of history as a discipline, including the nature and diversity of its sources, methods and interpretations. Help students better understand the present through critical reflection on the past. It is hoped that many students who have taken this course will develop a strong interest in the subject and will develop a lasting interest in it, whether they continue their formal studies or not. There are two different study routes to choose from: you can study the history of Europe and the Islamic world, and you can also study the history of the world in the 20th century. There is a good chance that an IB school will only give you one choice. HL/SL
- IB Mathematics:IB Mathematics studies Numbers & Algebra, Functions, Geometry & Trigonometry, Probability & Statistics, Calculus. It is committed to developing students' analytical, abstraction, generalization skills, risk awareness, statistical literacy, algorithmic thinking, modeling and investigation skills.
- IB Physics:IB physics is the most basic experimental science because it tries to explain the universe itself, from the smallest particles to the great distances between galaxies. HL/SL
- IB Theory of Knowledge TOK:The IB Theory of Knowledge is assessed through an oral presentation and an eassy (1600 words), with the aim of cultivating students' judgment and comprehensive inductive skills, encouraging students to question basic knowledge, preventing subjective assumptions and ideological biases, and enhancing students' ability to analyze and express themselves on a rational basis. There is no distinction between HL and SL.
- IB Spanish:The IB Spanish course is for students who have no formal experience of learning Spanish. This will allow them to communicate with people from new cultures and make the most of any time they spend in Spain and Latin America.
